Door Stopper appears as a large, overweight human with a door for a head. He has short-ish legs, half circle-shaped feet, ball-shaped hands, short arms, and a large main body. His whole body is red, outside of his right eye and navel which are yellow. He appears to wear black fishnet-like coverings for his arms, legs, and torso. He has a sort of worried expression. His left eye is covered. His right eye appears to be the doorknob of his door-head.
